We also offer the best in freestyle programming from Heartzones™ Cycling, RIPPED, Muscle Challenge, Yoga, Pilates, Aqua, Boot camp, Fusion classes and the latest fitness rage Zumba®!
Many of our classes are also designed for our senior population ranging from Silversneakers® and Silversplash® to Arthritis/Fibromyalgia water classes. World Gym offers classes beginning as early as 5:15am and as late as 7:35pm to fit every schedule. Our group fitness instructors/personal trainers are the best in the area, so give us a try….and we will make you SWEAT!!
Julie Stubbs serves as our Group Fitness Director at World Gym locations in Peachtree City, Highway 54 and Fayetteville. Julie’s vision for group fitness is to provide the best and latest programming to benefit World Gym members. She challenges the members to cross-train by providing a variety of classes at different times of the day. Julie also challenges her instructors to be the best that they can be so members will have a safe, educational, fun-filled, and effective workout!
Amy Moore serves as Assistant Group Fitness Director at all three World Gym locations. Amy believes fitness is something you must work at each and every day! Make it fun and enjoy your results.
